Welcome to The Monthly Round-Up, a new feature on Let’s Be Merry where I share a list of things that I’m loving right now that might interest you too.
From thought-provoking articles and books (because I’m always reading!) to home décor, travel ideas, wellness products and more, these posts will include everything that’s on my radar. These might be discoveries I make while traveling abroad, or when I’m exploring closer to home.
I hope this monthly round-up inspires you to live your best life and thoughtfully surround yourself with the things you love. Because I believe everyone deserves a life where they are happy at home and abroad!

The Monthly Round-Up: July
Oh, July. Finally, summer is here!
I love July because it still feels like the beginning of the season and there are so many great things to do, particularly outside.
One of my annual July traditions is spending the 4th of July holiday in Cape Cod, with my close friend and her family. It is something I look forward to every year. I have so many great memories (and pictures) of weekends spent here and now every time I go, I feel nostalgia and contentment at the same time. It’s a summer tradition I hope never ends.
After all of the time I’ve spent here, Cape Cod is for sure one of my happy places. If you’re planning to visit, check out my recently updated Cape Cod travel guide.
What else do I love to do in July? Throw a good BBQ, of course! Check out this post for my tips and ideas about how to pull off a summer BBQ with style and ease.
Here are a few other things I’m thinking about for July’s monthly round-up…
In the age of online dating, this photo is hilarious.
Major props to NASA for making its entire media library free.
It’s not too late to book a summer holiday! If you need some inspiration or know where you’re going but can’t decide on a hotel, check out Mr. and Mrs. Smith, The Travel Club for Hotel Lovers that always delivers on service and style. I always try to stay at one of their hotels because they are so well curated.

I’m trying to add more clean beauty products to my skincare routine and the EWG is a great resource for this. If you’re looking for a non-toxic sunscreen for summer, check out this list.
Speaking of skincare, another great way to cover up in the summertime is with a stylish hat. I’m really loving this cheeky one at the moment.
Do you ever walk into Target because you need one thing and walk out an hour later with a cart full of goods? Yeah, that’s me pretty much every time I’m there. Well to make your next Target haul more justifiable, take advantage of their 25% off sale on home goods now.
I can’t wait to gather my girlfriends for a spa day at this place.
I’m obsessed with these candles. Even better, they make for the perfect thank-you gift if you’re someone’s houseguest this summer.
I’m also obsessed with floral dresses and rompers for summer. I’ll take one in each color, please!
I have a million books on my Kindle I still need to read, and yet that doesn’t stop me from buying more books at the airport. I’m excited to finally dig into The Subtle Art of Not Giving a Fuck, Mrs. Everything by Jennifer Weiner and The Idea of You.
My new favorite restaurant in the West Village.
If you read this blog, then you know I’m completely obsessed with the show, Stranger Things. Netflix just released season 3 a few days ago! But before you press play, the cast has a few tips about how to best binge-watch the latest season.
So…What do you think of this month’s round-up?
